Brian Svik

Brian Svik currently serves as the Director of Workforce Training and Development for the State of Nebraska, a role held since March 2020. Previously, Brian was the Training Manager at Fiserv from March 2018 to February 2020, overseeing a team of twelve remote Training Facilitators and managing client training contracts. Brian's career with the State of Nebraska began in September 2007, where responsibilities included authoring and conducting instructor-led training and producing professional training videos until March 2018. Brian started in the training field as a Training Supervisor at Cabela's World's Foremost Bank from March 1998 to June 2007, supervising a team responsible for employee training. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between 1992 and 1997.
