Michelle Marquis

Michelle Marquis M.A. currently serves as the Learning and Development Coordinator for the State of Nebraska since September 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle was the North America Technical Training Manager at NTT DATA Services from June 2017 to September 2023, where responsibility included remote management of Technical Trainers and Service Desk Coaches across the US and Canada. With a background in Learning and Development, Michelle held positions such as Sr. Analyst at Dell Technologies and Learning and Development Analyst at Perot Systems. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Management with a Human Resource emphasis and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication, both from Doane University. Michelle's early career includes various customer service roles, highlighted by recognition for exceptional initiative at Cabela's. Additionally, Michelle contributed to the United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County through an internship aimed at supporting the local community.
