Wendy Hicks has extensive experience in implementation and training, currently serving as the Director of Implementations and Training at PrismRBS since May 2018. Prior to this role, Wendy spent over 30 years at Nebraska Book Company, Inc., where responsibilities included Manager of Implementations, Manager of Technical Support, Director of Internet Services Support, Accounting Support Supervisor, Systems Support Analyst/Trainer, Assistant Controller, and Accounting Clerk. This diverse background highlights Wendy's strong expertise in support, training, and management within the technology and accounting sectors.
