Dallas Beshaler

Dallas Beshaler serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Nebraska Public Power District, a role held since January 2018, following promotion from HR Operations Manager. During this tenure, Dallas expanded responsibilities to include statewide oversight of NPPD's Business Partners and Compensation department. Previous positions at NPPD included Human Resources Site Manager, overseeing HR activities at the Cooper Nuclear Station, and Human Resources Representative, handling regional HR functions. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at BD, managing HR operations for a medical manufacturing facility. Dallas holds a Bachelor of Journalism in Broadcast Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Arts in Management from Bellevue University.
