Pete Sukup

Pete Sukup is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades in the field of boiler systems and instrumentation. Currently working at Nebraska Public Power District since January 2021, Pete focuses on engineering and previously served as an I&C Engineer at RENTECH Boiler Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included project oversight and customer interface. Prior roles include Senior Project Engineer at Cleaver-Brooks, where Pete managed boiler process systems and safety equipment reviews, and Instrument Engineer overseeing quality designs for boiler and support equipment. Earlier experiences include design work for farm equipment at Buffalo Farm Equipment and instrumentation and control engineering at Nebraska Public Power District. Pete earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Peru State College between 2002 and 2009.
