Robyn Tweedy serves as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Nebraska Public Power District since March 2006, with significant experience in technology and customer service management. Over the years, Robyn has led projects such as the design and implementation of a new Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system and managed a 24x7 call center supporting NPPD customers. Previous roles include Customer Care Business Manager at Nebraska Public Power District and various leadership positions in call center management at Omnium Worldwide, Inc., Service Zone, Inc., and Gateway, Inc. Robyn holds an MBA in Business Administration from Wayne State College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Marketing from the University of South Dakota.
