Chris Taylor

Chris Taylor is currently a Principal Salesforce Consultant at Nebula Consulting. Prior to that, Chris was a Salesforce Manager at Unum UK from July 2014 to November 2018. In that role, Chris was responsible for setting the strategic roadmap, delivering product enhancements and managing a Salesforce team in the UK. Chris has also worked closely with stakeholders in sales, marketing, finance and IT, and the Salesforce teams in the U.S. & Ireland, delivering user support & training, improvements to data quality, and valuable insights to the business.

Some key projects Chris has worked on include designing a product roadmap across all Salesforce applications, implementing analytics cloud/Wave, developing & implementing a GDPR framework, and replacing a legacy CRM system with Salesforce.

Chris Taylor has a National Diploma in Communication and Media Studies from Farnborough College of Technology, a GNVQ in Communication and Media Studies from The 6th Form College Farnborough, and various Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Process Automation Accredited Professional, Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer, Pardot Reporting and Analytics Accredited Professional, Salesforce Certified Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist.

They are on a team with Snazek Beydoun - Salesforce Consultant, Batoul Youssouf - Salesforce Delivery Consultant, and Mel Cawkell - Senior Salesforce Consultant. Chris Taylor reports to Doug Gardner, Salesforce Consulting Practice Lead.
