Greg Guadagno has over two decades of experience in technical support and IT operations. Currently serving as a Support Engineer and previously a Technical Support Engineer at NEC Corporation of America since October 2018, Greg has extensive expertise in providing Tier 1/2 support for various NEC products, including servers and storage solutions. Prior to this, Greg worked as a Technical Support Analyst at NEC from 2008 to 2018, and spent eight years at Bear Stearns managing Windows-based servers across multiple domains. Early career experience includes a role as a LAN Administrator at Lucent Technologies. Greg Guadagno holds a degree from Rutgers University and graduated from River Dell Regional High School.
