Aceel Dear

Aceel Dear is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in account management and strategic marketing across various organizations. Aceel served as an Account Director for Green Room Retail, managing Nike's largest account and delivering retail concepts to prominent locations. At the NEC Group, Aceel transitioned from Marketing Manager and Account Director at Eight Feet Tall to Head of Marketing for the Vox Conference Centre, later leading colleague engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture. As Head of Marketing for NEC Group, Aceel developed corporate marketing strategies and oversaw multi-channel campaigns while managing an in-house design team. Previous experience includes roles at Cogent Elliott and WAA, where Aceel gained valuable expertise in creative marketing and client relationship management. Aceel holds a degree in Management from Aston University and A-Levels in English, Maths, and Psychology.
