Sophie Joyce

Sophie Joyce has a diverse range of work experience in the field of communications and corporate affairs. Sophie most recently held the position of Head of Internal Communication & Colleague Engagement at Hargreaves Lansdown. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Communications at Foot Anstey LLP and as the Interim Head of Marketing and Communications at Bond Dickinson LLP. Sophie also has experience in the public sector, having served as the Head of Communications for UNITE Group plc and the Communications and Corporate Affairs Officer for the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust. Sophie has also held roles in executive office and corporate communications at the South West Regional Development Agency. Earlier in their career, Sophie worked as a Communication and Administration Assistant for the Devon and Cornwall Refugee Support Council in Plymouth.

Sophie Joyce attended the University of Liverpool from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in English and History. Prior to that, they attended Liskeard School and Community College from 2001 to 2003. Sophie completed their secondary education at Devonport High School for Girls from 1996 to 2001.
