Elise Lapham, APR, currently serves as the Head of Culture and Colleague Engagement Communications at Guardian Life, a position held since August 2022. With extensive experience in corporate communications, Elise has previously held the role of Vice President of Communications at Pall Corporation and Vice President of Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Edelman Financial Engines. Notable past positions include Senior Communications Director at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Head of Corporate Communications at Merck Group. Elise's education includes a Master’s degree in Public Relations from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Wheaton College, Massachusetts.
