John Dukes

John Dukes is a Senior Catering Operations Manager, with extensive experience working at Amadeus and NEC Group. John manages various catering operations at the NEC site, including retail catering and live events. Additionally, John also serves as a Senior Key Account Manager, handling key event organizers and maintaining operational standards. Prior to this, John worked at Planet Hollywood International as an Openings Manager to General Manager. John holds a 2.1 (Hons) degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from the University of Ulster.
