Manisha Datar

Manisha Datar has had a long and varied career in the software industry. Manisha started at Polaris Software Lab Ltd. in 2002 as an Assistant Vice President and worked there until 2007. Manisha then joined Rave Technologies, where they held several positions, including Head of Quality and Project Management from 2007 to 2011, Customer Projects Director in 2011, and finally Delivery Director from November 2011 onwards.

Manisha Datar has a diverse educational background. In 1985, they graduated from the University of Mumbai with a degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Economics. Following this, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued a Diploma in Systems Engineering at NIIT, specializing in Computer Science. In 2004, Manisha obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, focusing on Project Management. In 2005, they attended IFPUG and became a Certified Function Point Specialist, focusing on Software Estimation. Finally, in 2012, they completed a Certified Scrum Master program at GoodAgile, specializing in Agile Development.
