Kevin Cunningham currently serves as an Attorney at NEC Corporation since February 2023. Previously, Kevin worked as an Associate at Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP from August 2020 to February 2023, and held positions as a Law Clerk at the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana and as a Judicial Law Clerk for both the New Jersey Courts and New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division.
