Makoto Narutomo

Makoto Narutomo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Makoto started their career at Fujitsu in 1998 as a Pre-Sales Consultant for IT Management Software. Makoto then joined Itochu in 2005 where they worked as a Strategic Consultant Manager, focusing on Electric Power, Gas, and Railway Companies. In 2016, they moved to Arcserve as a Senior Consultant Manager, where they held various responsibilities such as Cloud Backup Architect and IT Project Advising. Makoto later joined NEC Corporation in 2018 as a Digital eXprience Adviser and continued to advance within the company, taking on roles such as Digital Business DX Strategy Senior Expert and Global Innovation Biz Global SaaS Business Development. Currently, Makoto is serving as the Platform Technology Service Unit Senior Professional Director at NEC Corporation, showcasing their expertise in various areas such as AI, Cloud, Cyber Security, and more.

Makoto Narutomo holds a Bachelor's degree in Electroneurodiagnostic/Electroencephalographic Technology/Technologist from Tokyo Metropolitan University.
