Nobuhiko Nakatsu

Nobuhiko Nakatsu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate leadership and development, currently serving as CEO's Executive Staff and Head of Corporate Development at NEC Corporation since July 2014. In this role, Nobuhiko reports directly to the CEO, providing strategic guidance and support to senior executives. Previous positions include Chief Transformation Officer at KMD, where Nobuhiko played a key role post-acquisition by NEC, and Vice Chairman of the Board at Northgate Public Services, among other leadership roles at NEC Europe and Nihon Inter Electronics Corp. Nobuhiko has also held significant positions in SGI Japan Ltd. and Sankei, contributing to their financial turnarounds and strategic transformations. An alumnus of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing, and a graduate of Waseda University with a BA in Economic Policy, Nobuhiko's career spans over four decades across various sectors, enhancing organizational performance through strategic initiatives and corporate development.
