Weng Sing Tang

Weng Sing Tang is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in innovation and transformation within the IT sector. Currently serving as the Deputy Managing Director and Vice President at NEC Corporation since May 2017, Weng Sing Tang leads the Innovation & Transformation Office and the Open Innovation Center. Prior roles include Program Director and Senior Manager in Software Engineering at IBM from 2010 to May 2017, as well as General Manager at RadianTrust from 2006 to 2010. Early career highlights include serving as Director for both Enterprise Products and Technology Development at CrimsonLogic from 2002 to 2010, and Deputy Director at elipva Ltd from 2000 to 2002. Academically, Weng Sing Tang holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and a Bachelor of Science with Merit in Information Systems and Computer Science, both from the National University of Singapore, complemented by distinguished qualifications from Victoria Junior College and Dunman High School.
