Yoshiko Maruyama

Yoshiko Maruyama, ORSCC, currently serves as Director and HR Business Partner in the HR Management Group at NEC Corporation since October 2020, and previously held senior managerial roles within the same organization focusing on digital services and corporate functions. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner and Talent Management Expert at Bayer Holding Ltd. from May 2015 to September 2020, as well as various HR Business Partner positions at Bayer from 2001 to May 2014, which involved responsibilities across multiple healthcare sectors. Yoshiko's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Education focusing on Gender and International Development from the University of London, along with two Bachelor’s degrees in Education from Waseda University.
