Andrew W. has extensive experience in the electrical industry, currently serving as a Field Officer for NECA Education & Careers since November 2019, focusing on electrical group training for apprentices. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as an ISMAA Program Electrical Mentor at NECA Vic, leading a team to implement a federally funded program for electrical apprentices in Victoria. Andrew's earlier positions include working as an A-Grade Electrician at Apex Electrical and Select Solutions, and serving as a Team Leader for Electrical Asset Services. Andrew’s career began as an Apprentice Electrician at Victec Apprenticeships after graduating from Haileybury College.
