Rebecca Fraser

Rebecca Fraser was appointed director in January 2015. Rebecca is a Senior Employee Relations executive with extensive change management, generalist HR, and M&A experience across a range of industries and jurisdictions. Devising and implementing employee relations strategy, managing employment-related legal matters, and providing the subject-matter expertise to Directors and senior executives.

Rebecca is currently Head of HR, Energy, at Energy Australia. Key responsibilities in that role include developing and implementing employee relations strategy, managing employment-related legal matters, and providing the subject-matter expertise to Directors and senior executives as well as leading the HR team for the Energy business unit, including key assets such as the Yallourn and Mt Piper power stations. Her former roles include Head of Employee Relations BAE Systems Australia, Regional People Manager, Qantas Engineering and National Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Manager (Operations), National Foods.

Qualifications & Professional Development include a Master of Labour Relations Law (University of Melbourne), a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management (University of Melbourne), and a Bachelor of Arts (Monash University). She is also an accredited LSI & executive coach (IECL) and has completed the AICD Company Directors course. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Industrial Relations Society.
