Pam Priddy

Pam Priddy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles at different companies. Pam started their career at the University of Kentucky Center on Drug and Alcohol Research as a Targeted Assessment Specialist from February 2001 to November 2004. Pam then joined Necco in October 2004 as a Program Director/Division Director until September 2006. From there, they transitioned to the role of Director of Clinical Services and Training from an unspecified date to 2010. At Necco, they held several leadership positions starting from August 2010, when they became the Executive Director-Kentucky until August 2015. Later, in May 2015, they were promoted to the position of Chief Clinical Officer, and finally, in February 2018, they advanced to become the Chief Strategy Officer, where they are currently employed.

Pam Priddy holds an MBA degree from Xavier University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College, completing it between 1996 and 2001. Moreover, Pam Priddy holds additional certifications, including a Kaplan-Norton Master Class in Strategy Management and Execution from Kaplan and Norton, obtained in 2013, as well as a license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor received in 2001.
