Connie E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diverse sectors. As the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, Connie leads one of Mexico City's most popular cooking classes and food tour companies, highlighting the city's rich culinary landscape. In addition, as a co-owner of Grupo Rexa since 2002, Connie contributes to the construction and sale of industrial properties for AAA companies in Mexico. Previous roles include marketing at BBVA en México from 2008 to 2011 and senior consulting at Deloitte in 2005.
