Joseph Kulakofsky

Joseph Kulakofsky is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Necsel IP, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph held various engineering leadership positions at Blue Sky Research from March 2005, including Vice President of Engineering. Joseph's extensive background includes significant positions at E-TEK Dynamics, Inc., JDS Uniphase Corp, and Lucent Microelectronics, engaging in technical product support, application engineering, and technology architecture. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University between 1981 and 1985.
