Magdalena Müller is an experienced product management professional currently serving as Team Lead for Product Management & Design at Nect GmbH since April 2022. Previously, Magdalena held the position of Senior Product Manager at ready2order from July 2021 until April 2022. During a significant tenure at Deutsche Telekom from October 2010 to June 2021, Magdalena worked in various roles, including Customer Experience Manager, where strategic design processes for customer-centric innovation were developed for Connected Devices. Other roles included Product Manager and Junior Product Manager, managing projects for mobile devices and custom smartphone solutions. Magdalena holds a degree in eMA Digital Pioneering and Innovationsmanagement from Zeppelin University, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from FHDW Bielefeld, earned in 2013. Additionally, Magdalena has international experience as a Product Manager at Cosmote S.A. in 2015.
