Randon Bailey

Randon Bailey is an emerging professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Utah Valley University, expected in May 2025. Currently serving as a Jr. Account Executive and formerly a Sales Development Representative at Nectar since March 2024, Randon co-founded I Pizzaioli in June 2025. Previous experience includes a Growth Hacker Marketing Intern role at Neighbor and various positions at Utah Valley University, such as Elections Committee Member, Employer Relations Strategy Specialist, and Internship Services Assistant, all from May 2022 to March 2024. Randon's background also features a Digital Marketing Intern position at bERZZANI, Business Development Representative and Inside Sales Representative roles at Altius Test Prep, and a Community Volunteer position at the International Rescue Committee.
