Michele Carrelli Palombi has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Michele is the Co-Founder and CEO of NECTAWARE since March 2015. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2016, they were the Founder and Partner at RES-LEGAL Resenergy Group. From 2004 to 2011, they served as the Co-Founder and Partner at B-LEGAL LAW FIRM. Michele was also Of Counsel at Tonucci & Partners in 2003 and a Manager-Legal at KPMG Italy from 1998 to 2003. Michele started their career as an Associate at Macchi di Cellere Gangemi from 1994 to 1996 and later at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners from 1991 to 1994.

Michele attended Sapienza Università di Roma from 1983 to 1990, where they obtained a degree in Law with a focus on International Law and Legal Studies. Following this, they pursued further studies at King's College London from 1993 to 1994, earning a Master Law Degree specializing in International Law.
