Jan Brits

Jan Brits is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in solution architecture and digital transformation. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Nedbank since February 2022, Jan previously held the position of Digital Channels Architect at MultiChoice Group, where involvement in transitioning to a modern agile architecture was key. Prior to that, Jan spent over a decade at Standard Bank South Africa, taking on roles such as Solution Architect, responsible for designing and managing solutions, evaluating technology stacks, and supporting agile feature teams. Jan's career began at Standard Bank of South Africa as a Solutions Architect, focusing on comprehensive documentation and analysis to drive effective technical solutions.
