Melissa Cloete

Melissa Cloete is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional, currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Nedbank since April 2023. With a strong background at Nedbank Private Wealth South Africa since June 2019, Melissa provides recruitment support across multiple business units, overseeing a combined headcount of approximately 1600 staff. Prior experience includes a role as Operations Manager for a recruitment project with an overseas client, and significant leadership positions at Medacs Healthcare, where recruitment for medical professionals in the Middle East was a focus. Melissa began their career as General Manager of Recruitment at Allied Health Employment before it was acquired by Medacs Healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
