Mpodumo Doubada

Mpodumo Doubada is an accomplished Technology Platform Lead at Nedbank, leading digital transformation in financial services since April 2024. Previously, Mpodumo served as the Head of E-commerce & Digital Marketing Africa at Versuni, where strategic initiatives expanded e-commerce into multiple African countries. Earlier experience includes a role as Product Manager at takealot.com, focusing on platform enhancements, and founding Pimp My Book, which transformed into South Africa’s largest used textbook retail chain. Mpodumo is a Mandela Washington Fellowship alumnus and has participated in various entrepreneurial programs, showcasing a strong commitment to innovation and leadership in the business sector. Mpodumo holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.
