Ray Harraway CA (SA) GRP is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the field of reward management and human capital. Currently serving as the Executive Head of Group Reward at Nedbank, Harraway has previously held significant roles such as Founding Chair of the IoDSA Remco Forum at the Institute of Directors South Africa, Director of People Advisory Services and Africa Reward Leader at EY, Group Human Capital Director and Head of Risk Management at African Alliance, and Director of Reward Strategy, Process & People Policy at Standard Bank Group. Harraway holds an MBA from GIBS Business School (2002-2003) and is a Chartered Accountant SA, having completed studies at SAICA (1987-1993).
