Roxanne Lee Robbins

Roxanne Lee Robbins has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Waggener Edstrom in 2011. Roxanne Lee then worked as a strategist intern at W5 Partners from April 2011 to June 2011. Roxanne continued their career at W5 Partners and served as a strategist from January 2012 to August 2013. Roxanne Lee then joined Interact RDT, where they held various roles, including experience associate, senior experience associate, and lead experience associate from September 2013 to August 2019. In 2019, Roxanne joined IQbusiness South Africa as a senior principal and CEM consultant from August 2019 to July 2020, and later became a manager and CEM consultant from July 2020 to April 2021. Currently, they are working for Nedbank as a CX Design Lead from August 2019 to April 2021, and then as a Design Strategy Lead from April 2021 to December 2023.

Roxanne Lee Robbins attended the University of Johannesburg from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a BA Honours in Strategic Communication. Roxanne Lee also completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication at the University of Johannesburg from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their degrees, they obtained several certifications including Accredited Customer Experience Masters, Design Thinking Facilitation, Executive Coach, Life Coach, and NLP Practitioner.
