Peter Verstappen

Peter Verstappen is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in sports medicine and general practice. Currently serving as a Medisch manager at Team Visma | Lease a Bike and holding multiple roles including Teamarts for the Nederlands elftal Hockey heren and High Performance Partner for TeamNL at the Sportgeneeskundig Centrum Den Haag, Peter has also been part of the medical staff for TeamNL and the Olympisch Medisch Panel since 2010. Other notable positions include Bondsarts for the Nederlandse Ski Vereniging and Medisch coördinator at CTO metropool Den Haag-Rotterdam-Dordrecht. Peter has been dedicated to the huisartspraktijk Verstappen since 1998, located at the Sweelinckplein Health Centre. Educationally, Peter holds degrees in Geneeskunde and Huisartsgeneeskunde from Leiden University and Utrecht University.
