Tanja Guyken

Tanja Guyken is an experienced professional in the field of fire and emergency services. Currently serving as Decaan Operationele Opleidingen Brandweer at the Nederlands Instituut Publieke Veiligheid since September 2016, Tanja also holds the position of Kerndocent in the (H)OvD and full-time officers training programs. Previous roles include Head of the Arnhem-Nijmegen Control Room at Veiligheids- en Gezondheidsregio Gelderland-Midden and Project Leader for the Eastern Regional Control Room at Veiligheidsregio Twente. Tanja's extensive background includes specialized roles in talent management, risk management, and firefighting training at various municipalities and fire brigades. Tanja's academic credentials include certifications in coaching and a degree in Fire Services Administration from Nibra, as well as a degree in Human Resource Management from Hotelschool The Hague.
