Volkan Cetintas

Volkan Cetintas has extensive experience in application management and functional oversight, currently serving as Product Manager and National Functional Manager at the Nederlands Instituut Publieke Veiligheid (NIPV) since April 2015, focusing on the development and support of primary applications. Volkan also contributes as a CoPi Plotter at the Veiligheids- en Gezondheidsregio Gelderland-Midden since July 2019. Prior roles include Functional Application Manager and Application Manager at CIMSOLUTIONS, where Volkan worked on an automated expense management system, and Incident Manager and Sr. Technical Application Consultant at Tieto, managing service disruptions and ensuring user satisfaction with applications. Volkan holds a Bachelor's degree in ICT with a specialization in Communication Systems from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and an MBO in ICT Office Automation from Rijn Ijssel College Arnhem.
