Kiran Madarie

Kiran Madarie currently serves as Expert Lead IT, People Manager Tech, and IT People Lead at NS since April 2020, overseeing strategic personnel management and the development of 50 to 70 IT professionals, including developers and scrum masters. Previous roles include Recruitment Manager at NMX Solutions and Neomax, specializing in IT recruitment, and various consulting positions at Hays focusing on IT and Life Sciences sectors. Kiran's career started in the hospitality sector with Burger King Corporation, progressing from Assistant Restaurant Manager to Field Trainer, ultimately responsible for training and management development across multiple locations. Kiran holds a Master of Applied Science in Business and Science Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
