Arno Molenaar is currently working as an HR consultant and Gen Z expert at BLOOM., where Arno also serves as the founder. Arno is also the project leader for Gen Z & PNIL at bestuurlijke samenwerking Apeldoorn - Zutphen, and a HR consultant at Fender HR advies. Arno has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences, with a minor in Consultancy.
