Conny Veldhuizen

Conny Veldhuizen is an experienced professional in healthcare management, currently serving as the Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht at Stichting Welzijn Rivierstroom since March 2023. With a longstanding tenure at the Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit since January 2017, Conny Veldhuizen has held various leadership roles, including Unitmanager for Informatiemanagement and Langdurige Zorg, as well as Plv. directeur ICT & Facilitair. Prior experience includes advising at Zorginstituut Nederland and leading nursing education programs at St. Antonius Academie and ROC Midden Nederland. Conny Veldhuizen also served as chair of the board for V&VN afdeling Reumatologie and held a secretarial position with PvdA. Conny Veldhuizen earned a Master of Science in Nursing Science from Maastricht University between 1994 and 1999.
