Javier de Oña

Javier De Oña is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance at Need Inc, overseeing finance and accounting across five global entities, including the US, Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Prior to this role, Javier was involved in business development as the Launcher for Mexico and Asia Pacific, establishing operations in both regions, and previously led global business development efforts as the Head of Growth. Javier's past experience includes serving as the Head of Strategy & Planning for North America at CloudKitchens and as an Investment Banking Associate at Morgan Stanley, where significant cross-border M&A transactions were executed. Javier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame and completed a pre-MBA program in Family Business Management at Harvard Business School.
