Stephanie Greunke, MS, RD, CPT, PMH-C has a diverse work experience background that spans various roles in the nutrition and wellness field. Currently, they are the Head of Practitioner Relationships at Needed PBC, where they create educational content and supports practitioner partners in the perinatal health space. In 2011, they started their own company, Steph Greunke LLC, Postpartum Reset, offering comprehensive nutrition and wellness coaching as well as a virtual postpartum nutrition program.

From 2015 to 2022, Stephanie worked at Whole30 as an In-House Dietitian and Senior Education Manager. In this role, they created and reviewed nutrition content, educated the Whole30 community on evidence-based recommendations, and contributed to program revisions.

Stephanie also gained experience as a Registered Dietitian at Shine Natural Medicine, where they provided nutrition consultations and education for clients with various health concerns. Prior to that, they worked at Hyman Enterprise LLC, conducting nutrition assessments and leading tele-classes and workshops with a functional medicine approach.

In 2012, Stephanie served as a Registered Dietitian and Teacher at UCLA Health, developing a nutrition education program for staff and teaching classes. Stephanie also worked briefly as a Medical Educator and Clinical Sales Consultant at Natural Health International, a Registered Dietitian at Prime Wellness, and a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Bay Valley Foods.

Stephanie's career began with a research contractor role at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2006 to 2009. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a passion for nutrition education, functional medicine, and supporting individuals in their wellness journeys.

Stephanie Greunke has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields. Stephanie began their academic journey in 2004 at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Nutritional Science, which they completed in 2008. In 2011, they attended Mississippi State University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Food Science, Nutrition, and Health Promotion in 2013.

Stephanie's pursuit of knowledge continued as they sought certifications and additional training. In 2012, they attended the National Institute of Whole Health, where they became a certified Whole Health Educator, specializing in holistic health. In the same year, they also became a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Stephanie's passion for mental health led their to pursue a certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International in 2019. Additionally, they obtained a Brain Health Coach Certification from Amen University in the same year.

Continuing to expand their expertise, Stephanie enrolled in the Dr. Fuhrman Nutritarian Education Institute in 2021, where they completed Nutritarian Studies. Additionally, they obtained a Health Mindset Coaching Certification from Dr. Kasey Jo Orvidas in the same year.
