Jillian Rafter

Jillian Rafter began their career at Strata Bank in 2004 as a Banker before moving to the Retail Support Operations role. In 2009, they joined Needham Bank as an AAP, Operational Services Officer, where they implemented new software and services for retail and business customers. Over the years, they progressed to roles such as AVP Digital Banking, VP Digital Banking, Cash Management, Deposit Operations, and eventually Senior Vice President, Director Project Management, where they led strategic initiatives and built effective teams for the organization. Throughout their career, Jillian has shown a strong focus on expanding product offerings, enhancing digital banking experiences, and implementing improvements to drive the organization forward.

Jillian Rafter attended the New England School for Financial Studies in 2010-2011. Jillian later pursued a BA in English at Framingham State College.
