Karen Marryat

Karen (Quinn) Marryat has extensive experience in the banking industry, having held various marketing leadership roles over the years. Karen served as the SVP/Chief Marketing Officer at Needham Bank since 2019. Prior to that, they were also the SVP/Chief Marketing Officer at Blue Hills Bank, where they oversaw all marketing facets for the $2.7 billion bank. Additionally, they held similar positions at Cambridge Savings Bank & Appleton Partners, Inc, Cape Cod Five, Plymouth Savings Bank, and Quincy Savings Bank. Their roles involved leading marketing strategies, brand stewardship, product development, and account acquisition.

Karen (Quinn) Marryat completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island - College of Business in 1984. Karen then went on to earn their MBA from Simmons College - Simmons School of Management in 1990. Karen has also obtained additional certifications in Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018 and as a Certified Financial Marketing Professional from the American Bankers Association in 2002.
