Michael Sinclair

Michael Sinclair is the current Executive Vice President for Residential and Consumer Lending at Needham Bank. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Residential Lending from September 2018 to July 2020. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, beginning their career as the Vice President of Retail Lending at Hingham Institution for Savings in December 1995. Michael then served as the Vice President of Secondary Market at Abington Savings Bank from January 1994 to December 1995 before joining Quincy Savings Bank as the Assistant Vice President of Secondary Market in January 1981. Michael is a highly experienced and respected leader in the banking industry, with a proven track record of success in both retail and secondary market lending.

Michael Sinclair's educational career began at Sacred Heart High School in Weymouth, where they earned a diploma. Michael then went on to the New England College of Finance, where they earned an associates degree in banking management. After that, they attended the National School of Banking at Fairfield University and graduated with a degree in banking. Finally, they earned an MBA from Fairfield University.

They are on a team with Linda Farley - SVP, Human Resources Learning & Development, Stephanie Maiona - EVP, Senior Commercial Lender, and Carrie Vargas - SVP, Retail. Their manager is Joseph Campanelli, President & CEO.
