Sal Rinaldi has extensive experience in the banking industry, working as EVP Chief Operating Officer at Needham Bank since August 2017. Prior to that, Rinaldi served as Executive Vice President at Flagstar Bank from September 2009 to December 2012, and as EVP & Chief of Staff at Sovereign Bank from August 1997 to February 2009.
