Mike Staff

Mike Staff has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike began their career in 1999 at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School as a Co-Founder of the Jesuit Alumni Volunteer Program. In 2002, they joined Aurora Investment Management LLC as a Research Assistant and later became a Research Associate. In 2006, Mike Staff moved on to Needham & Company, starting as a Senior Analyst and progressing through various roles such as Associate, Vice President, Principal, and currently holds the position of Managing Director since December 2015.

Mike Staff completed their secondary education at Loyola Academy from 1991 to 1995. Mike then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Government at Georgetown University from 1995 to 1999. Later, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Finance at the ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK from 2001 to 2002.
