Gregory Bayse

Gregory Bayse, LICSW, M.Ed., currently serves as Principal at Needham Public Schools, a position held since August 2005 following roles as Assistant Principal and Guidance Counselor. With extensive experience in school operations and management for a 750-student building, Gregory co-led the transformation of Newman into a Professional Learning Community, implemented a new Teacher Support Team model, and oversaw the development of a school-wide bullying policy. Previous experience includes Program Director at The Walker School, where Gregory managed a special education program and developed a SEL curriculum. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College and an M.Ed. in Education Administration from Endicott College.
