Vishnu Devagnanam

Vishnu Devagnanam is an experienced professional in project management and administration, currently serving as the Director of Administration at Needle Industries (India) Private Limited since July 2011. In this role, Vishnu oversees Projects, Quality, Export, Marketing, and eCommerce verticals, managing large-scale projects and implementing continuous improvement techniques. Prior to this, Vishnu held the position of Senior Manager for Projects and Quality at the same company. Vishnu's earlier experience includes working at HSBC Global Resourcing from January 2005 to April 2011, where responsibilities ranged from Project Manager for Change Delivery, focusing on Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, to Manager of Resourcing and Workforce Management for a contact center. Vishnu's career began with an Assistant Manager role in operations, providing coaching and training to new employees in a call center environment. Vishnu holds a BA in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield and an Indian School Certificate in Commerce and Finance from Laidlaw Memorial School.
