Jennifer Sloan Ziegler

Jennifer Sloan Ziegler, PhD, PE, BC.WRE, is a highly experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager at Neel-Schaffer, Inc., since May 2023. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Project Manager & Engineer at Cypress Environment & Infrastructure, focusing on water resources engineering, where responsibilities included business and client development, as well as project execution and management. Prior roles include Project Engineer at Waggoner Engineering, where Jennifer worked on diverse water resources projects, and Civil Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers, where Jennifer developed a potable water management plan. As a Dean John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellow with the United States Senate, Jennifer advised on various environmental issues. Jennifer's academic background encompasses a PhD and Master of Science in Engineering from Mississippi State University, along with a Masters Certificate in Coastal Engineering from the University of New Orleans.
