Alisia Westerbaan

Alisia Westerbaan started their work experience in 2010 as a Verkoopster at Goossens wonen & slapen. Alisia then worked as an adviseur at Decorette Voorburg in 2011, where they provided advice to customers on color and material choices, handled administrative tasks such as quotes and invoices, and communicated with suppliers and customers regarding complaints and inquiries. In 2012, they joined Woon express Rotterdam as a Verkoopster, where they sold and advised customers on furniture, managed orders, maintained inventory, and styled the merchandise. From 2014 to 2016, Westerbaan worked as a Klantenservice medewerkster for KPN at Webhelp, assisting customers with technical questions and billing inquiries, and conducting satisfaction calls. Alisia also worked as a Logistiek medewerkster at Voedselbank Rotterdam during February to April 2014. In 2016, they joined KPN as a Medewerker callcenter, where they helped customers with service outages and billing questions, provided support to L3 colleagues, and worked as a ZZP Storingsexpert. Finally, since 2017, Westerbaan has been working at Neele-Vat Logistics as a Controller fiscaal junior and also in ICT services.

Alisia Westerbaan attended the Hout en Meubileringscollege in 2010, where they pursued a degree in MBO niveau 4 in the field of Interieurdesign (Interior Design).
