Gili Weiss

Gili Weiss is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial control and reporting across various industries. Currently serving as the Financial Controller at Neema since March 2021, Gili previously held positions such as Corporate Controller at Faropoint and Financial Controller at Decathlon, where responsibilities included managing finance teams, preparing statutory tax reports, and leading monthly financial closing processes. Prior experience includes serving as Controller at thetime and as a Senior Associate at PwC, specializing in audit and financial statements for publicly traded companies. Gili's career began in the Israel Defense Forces as a Tank Commander, demonstrating leadership and training capabilities under pressure.
