Sreedhar Pogaku

Sreedhar Pogaku has worked in the logistics and operations field for over 20 years. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Supervisor at Team Asia Semi Conductors Ltd. In 2007, they moved to Praxair as a Distribution Assistant. In 2017, they joined Oman Industrial Gas Company LLC as a Store Manager and Logistics Manager. Since 2019, they have been working at Neeman's Shoes as a Sr. Operations Manager, Sr. Logistics Executive, and Logistics Manager. In these roles, they have been responsible for planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services, liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers, keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency, arranging warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments, resolving any arising problems or complaints, supervising, coaching and training warehouse workforce, meeting cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets, and ensuring satisfactory audit results.

Sreedhar Pogaku obtained a Bachelor's degree in Arts from VMRF between 2002 and 2005.
